The Energy Accelerator building is focused on delivering energy research focused laboratories with a focus on reducing embodied carbon and energy in use. Focus on selection of materials and framing solutions, and energy efficiency in design. The building is also a smart-enabled building that can evolve with technology and provide both research potential within the building, and more outwardly for the whole campus. Works are expected to start on site later this year with completion in 2026.

International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women.
