Professional services firm Deloitte, is moving its Birmingham office to the £1.2 billion Paradise estate in the very heart of the city
Deloitte has committed to 46,000 sq. ft. at One Centenary Way and will be joining several other Blue-Chip occupiers including Arup, Goldman Sachs, JLL, Mills & Reeve, Quilter Cheviot and TLT, in one of the city’s largest and most sustainable commercial buildings, which is now fully let.
The Midlands is home to one of Deloitte’s largest UK practices outside of London. The firm currently employs more than 1,000 people in the region. Its Birmingham team will take occupation of the seventh and eighth floors of One Centenary Way in autumn 2026.
Its people and clients will enjoy the very latest in commercial workplace design in a highly advanced, smart-enabled workspace, as well as outstanding views across Centenary Square and the wider city centre.
Joining a growing business ecosystem of professional, advisory and financial services firms across Paradise, Deloitte will enjoy an estate focused on both corporate and individual needs, promoting connectivity, amenities, events and community.
Juliet Halfhead, practice senior partner, Midlands, Deloitte, said: “This move reinforces our commitment to growth in the region. One Centenary Way will become an integral part of our offering in the Midlands to our clients, partners and visitors, and will be the perfect environment for our people to grow and develop their skills and careers with us. “Birmingham continues to transform, and we’re looking forward to moving into a modern, sophisticated and environmentally conscious building that encapsulates that feeling of progress. As a firm, we’re involved with some of the most exciting and ambitious projects in the region, particularly in real estate, and our new space will be a fantastic base from which to continue that work.”
Ross Fittall, Commercial Development Director at Paradise developer and asset-manager, MEPC, the specialist development arm of Federated Hermes said: Welcoming Deloitte to Paradise is a testament to the estate being recognised as the city’s premier business destination and a fitting way to bring One Centenary Way to full capacity. We are very proud that Deloitte has chosen Paradise as its new home for its next chapter in the city and region.
“Deloitte’s new space at Paradise will offer it a highly sustainable, low-carbon approach for its people and clients with superb business facilities as well as offering some of the city’s best connectivity, retail and leisure amenities right on the doorstep.”
One Centenary Way is a building with a holistic commitment to the very latest working practices, sustainability, design excellence and futureproofing. As one of the most sustainable commercial buildings in the city, it underlines the commitment of Paradise to a net zero future and provides a blueprint for others to follow.
